How to Write or E-Mail Notes
to get support in the U.S. Congress for non-profit single-payer national health insurance as per H.R. 676
- Get names and addresses with U.S. Mail and e-mail instructions
- Also included: note-writing tips plus additional postal and e-mail addresses.
- Write a personally-composed note (much better than a form letter).
- Make a copy so you can refer to it later when you receive a response.
- Send by U.S. Mail or alternatively by e-mail:
- March, June, September, December during the first half of the month
- Ideas for timing: near the 6th or 7th of the month (remembering H.R. 676)
- or … . . near the 9th of the month (remembering 9-9-09)
